– Our Elder Care Support Service is free and can help make your ages care journey easier.
– We’ll show you how to access available services on your own terms. You don’t need to use email, your KSGAC Elder care support connector can meet you in any way you prefer.
– Your Families and carers are welcome to be apart of the process – but they need your permission first. We all form part of your care community.
-We provide local support on Country, in community.
-Remember it is your choice. We’ll only ever do what you ask us to do for you, and help you to understand and get the services you want.
